Facility Rules & Safety
General Rules
- Surveillance: The facility is under 24/7 video surveillance. You are responsible for any damage caused by negligence.
- Safety Zone: Only one person in the hitting area at a time. Keep spectators at a safe distance.
- Swing Safety: Check your surroundings before every swing (backswing, follow-through). Swing only toward the screen. No swinging outside the bay.
- Clean Gear: Wear clean indoor or soft-spike golf shoes (no outdoor dirt/metal spikes). Ensure clubs and balls are clean to protect the screen.
- Food & Drink: Please keep all food and drinks at the lounge tables behind the hitting area.
1. Arrival & Access
- Unlock: Use the "Door Unlock" button in your confirmation email (active 10 min before tee time).
- Lights: Turn on the lights if they are not already active.
- Capacity: Maximum 4 guests per bay.
2. System Setup
The system should be ready upon arrival.
- Standard Play: If the software is not running, use the touchscreen to select “GAMEDAY”.
- Training Mode (Bays 2 & 3 Only): Select “VIEW” for in-depth AI training with cameras. Please use the wireless keyboard for this mode.
3. Playing Your Session
- Ball Placement: Center the ball on the mat.
- Launch Monitor Status:
- Solid Red: Ready to hit.
- Flashing: Move the ball to the center.
- Pace of Play: Please be mindful of your booking time to ensure the bay is ready for the next group.
4. Departure
- Leave Power On: Do not turn off the PC, simulator, or lights.
- Clean Up: Return rentals, clean the mat, and remove personal trash.
- Secure: Exit and ensure the door locks behind you.
